Our vacation farm offers you two newly built attic apartments, which are lovingly and comfortably furnished in the typical Tyrolean country house style.

Our furniture is partly made with local natural materials, which combine a soft atmosphere with rustic, but also with modern comfort, as the tradition of the mountains allows.

Both non-smoking apartments are equipped with central underfloor heating and a vacuum cleaning system and therefore radiate warmth and comfort.

For our reading friends:
In the entrance area of both apartments, as well as in the garden shed, you will find plenty of books, information brochures, magazines and board games

Each of our apartments has:

Covered balcony, Bright living room or living area with pull-out sofa bed and SAT flat screen TV, Bedroom with double bed, SAT flat screen TV, Safe, Bathroom, bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer, Fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, 4 induction hobs, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, Underfloor heating, automatic ventilation and vacuum cleaner system, all apartments are non-smoking apartments, but the balcony can be used as a smoking area

On request: filter coffee machine, microwave, baby equipment (baby crib, high chair)

On payment:

• • Washing and drying facilities, change of linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels), intermediate cleaning of the apartment (except kitchen)
  • Breakfast trolley with South Tyrolean quality products, which you can enjoy directly in the apartment or in our farmhouse parlor (reservation required)
