Arrival with pets

Dogs and cats or any other pets are welcome on request at our farm –

for only 15 -20 € /per night (depending on breed and size)

We would like to point out that a local tourist tax of € 2.90 per person/night is charged for all persons aged 14 and over. On the day of departure, the local tax will be listed separately on your bill and is therefore not included in the total price of your stay.

Children and teenagers up to the age of 14 are exempt from the local tax.

Final cleaning charges

In addition to the local tax we charge a final cleaning cost of 50 – 200€ (depending on the condition when you leave the apartment).

Please note that the outstanding balance of your stay must be paid in cash on the day of departure or by bank transfer 4 days before departure

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code.

Nevertheless, we offer you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation

– 150 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. However, the deposit will not be refunded.

– 120 days before arrival: 70 % of the total amount

– 90 days before departure: 90% of the total amount

– 30 days before departure: 100% of the total amount

If the guest does not show up or departs early, the total amount will be charged in full.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your vacation

 The prices quoted may vary depending on the number of people, stay and season. If you cancel at short notice and send us your reservation by e-mail (with or without a deposit), the full booking amount will be charged. Therefore, please take precautions and choose your own cancellation insurance.

Guests without ID will not be accepted, it is mandatory to bring the ID of all persons upon arrival

The apartment may only be used by the people listed in the booking. Inviting additional guests is not allowed.

A visit of 10-20 minutes is permitted, provided the landlord is informed in advance.

ATTENTION!!! You are responsible for paying for any damages caused during your stay.
